Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Carriers
We currently ship using trusted carriers including:
- UPS
- FedEx
- USPS

Shipping rates and delivery times are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination, package dimensions, and weight.

Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and destination.

Please note that delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances are outside of our control.

Local Delivery
Local delivery is available within Orlando and surrounding areas for eligible orders.

Delivery availability and rates are shown at checkout based on the customer’s address.

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of:
- The product
- The packaging
- The shipping label

Incorrect Addresses
House of LED is not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
